Administration

Using the log

All important actions of all users are traceable in the log, e.g. logins, search requests, file downloads, editing of files, etc.

For quick research in the log, the view can be filtered by time period, user account, action and object type (file, file list, category, user account, etc.).
Logging can be disabled completely or based on user roles (Administrator, Manager, Regular User, Guest) if needed.

As an administrator, you can use the log to view information about the actions performed by users. How to access the log and which information you can retrieve is described in this chapter of our documentation.

Tip: On our page Features & Add-ons we have compiled an informative overview of all our features.
